Necessary Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in web and mobile application testing.
- From 1 year of experience in the position of “Tech Lead QA”.
- Expert understanding of testing methodologies and principles.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
- Experience in developing test documentation (Test Cases, Bug Report, Checklist).
- Understanding of web development and mobile application development processes.
- Understanding the technical aspects of SEO optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of programming language (PHP / Python / JS).
- Experience with Jira, Jira Query.
Responsibilities:
- Functional and technical management of a team of 10 QA engineers.
- Development of testing methodology for full-stack solutions and mobile applications.
- Formation of an effective team of QA engineers.
- Development of professional skills of QA-engineers.
- Studying modern technologies for testing full-stack solutions and mobile applications.
- Analysis and evaluation of development and testing quality indicators.
